Meet Greg Stiemsma, a forward for the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Stiemsma played high school basketball for Randolph High School in Randolph, Wisconsin. He later attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison, playing for four years before declaring for the 2008 NBA Draft, where he remained undrafted. As an NBA player, Stiemsma is known for his shot blocking ability and defense.

On July 21, 2012, Stiemsma signed an offer sheet with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Since the Celtics had previously extended a qualifying offer, they had the option to match the deal, but on July 23, the Celtics rescinded that offer, making Stiemsma an unrestricted free agent. Stiemsma officially joined Minnesota on August 2, 2012.
